GVBC Online Platform — Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Glorious Vision Bible College online learning platform operated by The Apostolic Church Glorious Vision USA. Effective: April 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Glorious Vision Bible College (GVBC) online platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use of the Platform
This platform is provided for the educational and ministerial training purposes of TACGV USA members and approved external students. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
3. Registration & Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify GVBC administration immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. GVBC will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Enrollment is free — there is no application or registration fee. Per-semester tuition is payable at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable once course access has been granted, except as provided in the official refund schedule. Tuition for Certificate and Diploma programs is set by administration and is subject to change.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, PDFs, and resources on this platform are the intellectual property of GVBC and its affiliated instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course material without express written permission.
6. AI Features & Third-Party Services
GVBC uses AI-powered tools for educational assistance including the GVBC Smart Reader, AI Theology Assistant, and audio lecture generation. These tools are for learning assistance only and do not constitute formal theological or pastoral advice. AI-generated content should be verified against Scripture and sound doctrine.
7. Ministerial Portal Conditions
Access to the TACGV USA Ministerial Portal requires an official approval letter from Regional or District leadership. Enrollment without proper authorization will be revoked without refund. All ministerial courses must be completed within 6 weeks. Certificates are for internal TACGV USA use only unless extended through further accredited study.
8. Diploma Program Notice
The Diploma in Ministry program is currently INCOMING and pending full accreditation and affiliation approval. Students enrolling during this pre-accreditation period acknowledge this status. Certificates issued will carry a 'Pre-Accreditation' notation until full approval is granted.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. GVBC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, absence of errors, or that the platform will meet all user requirements. We strive for the highest quality experience but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
10. Limitation of Liability
GVBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Code of Conduct
Students agree to maintain Christian conduct in all interactions on the platform. Harassment, abusive language, or conduct unbecoming of a minister will result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform. All students represent TACGV USA and are expected to conduct themselves accordingly.
12. Changes to Terms
GVBC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.
