1. Enrollment & Registration Policy

  • Enrollment is free โ€” there is no application or registration fee. Students register and pay only their per-semester tuition to gain access to course materials.

  • Per-semester tuition for each certificate program is set by administration and is subject to change. The Diploma in Ministry and Bachelor's in Theology carry their own separate program tuition.

  • Tuition is non-refundable once course access has been granted, except as provided in the official refund schedule.

  • Each student is registered for a specific portal level and may not access higher-level materials without completing prior levels.

  • Students must provide accurate information during registration. False information may result in immediate suspension.

2. TACGV USA Ministerial Portal โ€” Church Authorization Policy

  • The TACGV USA Ministerial Portal is exclusively for ordained and recognized ministers within The Apostolic Church Glorious Vision USA.

  • All applicants MUST obtain and submit an official approval letter from their Regional or District leadership before being granted access.

  • Access is subject to review and authorization by the National Ministerial Office. Enrollment without proper authorization will be revoked.

  • All courses within the Ministerial Portal must be completed within 6 weeks of enrollment.

  • Certificates issued through this portal are valid for internal church purposes only. They may be extended or upgraded if the minister continues further ministerial studies.

  • The college reserves the right to verify credentials with regional leadership at any time.

3. Course Completion & Timeline Policy

  • Ministerial Portal courses are expected to be completed within 6 weeks of enrollment.

  • Certificate in Biblical Courses students are encouraged to complete each portal course within 8 weeks.

  • Diploma in Ministry students follow a structured 1-year academic calendar with defined module deadlines.

  • Students who do not complete courses within the allotted time may apply for a one-time extension, subject to approval.

  • Inactive accounts (no activity for 60 days) may be suspended pending reactivation request.

4. Certification & Accreditation Policy

  • Certificates of completion are issued upon satisfactory completion of all course modules and assessments with a passing grade of 70% or above.

  • GVBC certificates are issued upon satisfactory completion of all program requirements and assessments.

  • Ministerial Portal certificates are valid for internal TACGV USA church use only, unless the minister pursues further accredited studies.

  • The Diploma in Ministry program is currently INCOMING and pending full accreditation and affiliation approval. Certificates issued during this period will be clearly noted as 'Pre-Accreditation' status.

  • The college reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or code of conduct violations.

5. Code of Conduct

  • All students are expected to conduct themselves with Christian integrity in all online interactions.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language toward fellow students or instructors will result in immediate suspension.

  • Course materials are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or sold.

  • Academic dishonesty including plagiarism in submitted work will result in course failure and possible removal from the program.

  • Students are expected to represent TACGV USA values in all discussions and course activities.

6. Privacy & Data Policy

  • Student data is collected and stored solely for educational and administrative purposes.

  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

  • Course progress, grades, and attendance records may be shared with church leadership upon official request.
