How Refunds Work at GVBC

Submit a Refund Request

Students request a refund from their tuition payment page, selecting the semester and withdrawal week.

Admin Review

Our administration team reviews each refund request against the official withdrawal date and refund schedule above.

Approval & Processing

Once approved by an administrator, the refund is processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Important Notes

  • โ€ข Tuition is non-refundable once course access has been granted.
  • โ€ข Refund percentages are based on the official withdrawal date, not the request date.
  • โ€ข All refunds must be approved by administration before processing through Stripe.
  • โ€ข Refunds are returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • โ€ข Administrative fees (transcript replacement, NSF) are non-refundable.
